Walking Football

Sessions every Tuesday & Thursday — accessible, competitive and social.

Walking Padel

Wednesday Padel sessions expanding skills and social connections.

Strength & Balance

Muscle strengthening sessions supporting long-term mobility.

Golf Outings

Seasonal outings offering variety and outdoor activity.

Charitable & Community Impact

Supporting local and national charities including:

  • Cash for Kids
  • Parkinson's Association
  • Guide Dogs for the Blind

Youth Mentorship

Volunteers go into local schools using football to teach leadership and teamwork.
